‘YUNG FERN – TRANSPORÖS’
A group exhibition at Kunstraum Potsdam with works by Lou Hoyer
from 12.01. – 16.02.2025

The artists, women, and mothers create a multidisciplinary universe of installations, open and fragmented spaces in the exhibition TRANSPORÖS. Like secret alcoves, each space unveils facets of contemporary femininity. The group YUNG FERN questions the porous boundaries between the private and the external, the real and the digital, the self and the other. Every element of TRANSPORÖS oscillates between softness and pain, between freedom and constraint. A life- and art-sustaining network of mutual support permeates the state of porosity, forming an inevitable sense of connection. YUNG FERN consists of four German-French artists: Jenny Alten, Lou Hoyer, Susanne Ramolla, and Cécile Wesolowski.
